A Discrete Elementary Algebra for Evaluating Polynomial Divergent Series
Starting from Grandi's series, a finite set of elementary operations recovers all values of the Riemann zeta function at negative integers. No limits, no complex analysis, no Bernoulli numbers as input. They emerge on their own.
